Payment: If your holiday commences within 12 weeks of booking, we require the full rental. The refundable Good Housekeeping Deposit is required at this time. This is fully refunded subject to the house being left as found.
If your booking does not commence within 12 weeks, we require a 30% deposit - the deposit, once paid, is non-refundable. Please ensure that you have cancellation insurance cover.
£50 off for Early Bird Bookings - those made 26 weeks in advance.
Further 2.5% off any Early Bird Booking paid for in full at the time of booking.
All offers exclude Christmas, Easterand New Year.
